Perfect play between gears and larger oil volume prevents the diff from overheating, extending its lifespan.Rubber sealed composite differential housings are manually precision ground after the molding process to guarantee a perfect fit with no vibration. Differential gears are made from pressed steel, heat treated, and machined for ultra-precision and smooth operation.
Large external spur gear for center differential made of HUDY toughened steel. Precision machined on a special gear machine.
Diff outdrives are made from world-renowned HUDY Spring Steel, precision ground and heat treated for high precision and ultra-long life. Outdrives are specially lightened to reduce rotating weight while remaining super strong.
